Looking at today’s industries and management, we have to face a huge challenge and the way we do business is changing. Globalization and internet let it all happen. Those companies which have the best processes and systems, with the best-trained and most loyal employees and which have the highest quality and customer satisfaction, they have the biggest chance to exist.
That's why we developed a Quality Improvement Process. Without QIP we will always have to fix pieces of the system and at the end people will be sick and tired of doing this. This fixing process will swallow up our efforts.
Leadership holds the key to the door of continuous improvement. Without clear consistent leadership, the company will never be a quality leader. Our management system will never be efficient. Our leaders are responsible for making the company more compatible and profitable.
The only way this will happen, consistently and for the long term, is through continuous improvement of the entire system.This is not a onetime fixed commitment. It’s a relentless desire to make the company the best it can be.
